COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Obviously we aim to provide you optimal care. Nevertheless you might have a complaint about your physiotherapist, your treatment or about one of our staff members. Please report this to your physiotherapist in attendance or the management of Physiotherapy Zwaansvliet by way of completing our complaints registration form. It is available from your physiotherapist or at the reception desk of Physiotherapy Zwaansvliet. We will then invite you to discuss your complaint.

If the discussion with the management or your physiotherapist in attendance should not have the expected result, you can file your complaint with two independent bodies: the complaints committees De Klachtencommissie or the Regionaal Tuchtcollege. These will treat your complaints in accordance with the guidelines of the KNGF (Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy). You can read more about this guideline on defysiotherapeut.com.
